Immerse Olinda
Immerse Olinda is our sister property, nestled in the hills of the lush Dandenong Ranges. The second property under the Immerse brand owned by Stephen & Helen Myles, opened in December 2007, it takes all the great elements from Immerse in the Yarra Valley, attaching them to a new home in Olinda - great service, fantastic food, our own wine. The style, atmosphere and friendly staff approach are also consistent between the two properties.
A vibrant cafe by day serving lunch and fantastic coffee is transformed into a candle-lit restaurant by night, allowing you to capture the Olinda magic. With an open wood fire crackling in winter or a private sunny courtyard to enjoy a glass of sparkling, we have all seasons covered for you to enjoy your next visit or special function.
Our team of Chef's have a menu that reflects the local dining culture and what our customers desire. Decadent cakes and bite-sized chocolates are available all day for those who enjoy the sweeter things in life.

Immerse Olinda Cellar Door
Immerse Olinda Cellar Door and Produce Store is a stockist of some of the finest local preserves available, as well as all our own wines grown at our Yarra Valley property, available for tasting and purchase.
With delicious items from Yarra Valley Preserves, Cunliffe + Waters, Jim Jam, Yarra Valley Dairy and Wild Patch Chocolates, (just to name a few!), Immerse Olinda is also now stocking Phillippa's bread and provisons, delivered fresh daily on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Our Cellar Door and Produce Store is the perfect place to visit for a good cheese, a yummy jam and of course, our own wines.
