A beautiful letter from Lou Chable - Father of the Bride at Melissa and Richards Wedding on the 30th May 2009

Katrina, I’d just like to thank you and all at Immerse for the fabulous job you all did in making Melissa & Rich’s wedding preparations and reception such a success. Your personalised service and friendly face and the fact that you were there for them throughout, just made it go all that much smoother.. Thank you.

Also the food for the reception was fantastic.. I have been to a number of functions where the food looked like it had been prepared the day before but to see such fresh, well prepared and delicious food arrive was a credit to the Chef and his team in the kitchen so can you also please pass on our appreciation to them as well.

I must also compliment you all on the quality of the venue. I hark back to Melissa telling me of the disappointment she felt when they initially thought that they might need to move venues after the fire, so to see the work that has been put in since to bring it back to it’s current state is a credit to you all out there..

So thanks again for a great weekend!

Introducing the Immerse Decking and the new Barrel Room

The decking is in the process of its final stages, getting painted today (Friday 22nd May) while we have some beautiful sunny weather. The deck now offers our guests to sit comfortably on the deck with a glass of wine or a cappicino and watch the last autumn leaves fall....

For the really exciting news..the new Barrel room plans....

This will be a beautiful rustic barrel room to hold ceremonies and private dinners in. Designed to capture the days light through a large glass window that overlooks the back of the vineyard. The barrel room will be nesetled in the vines and a short stroll from our luxurious accommodation.

Thank you to all of the customers who have returned to Immerse in the recent months. We appreciate your support and hope to see you back again as we grow back from the Black Saturday fires bigger and better than before.

Now is the time to return to the Yarra Valley and see all of the changing colours that seem to change before our eyes. Some of the vines are still green, while others are a brilliant yellow. The leave on the trees are changing to a deep red and then brown before the drop to the ground. How beautiful it is to kick through them as you wander around the property with a glass of bubbles in your hand.
