Wedding Expo - Sunday 8th September

Our February wedding expo was a huge success! Thank you to all suppilers and guests who came along and helped make the day so exciting. We hope you were able to get some good tips or tick a few boxes for your upcoming weddings!

Our next expo will be help on Sunday 8th September, so if you missed the last one or still need to finalise some details, please either call or email us to RSVP so you can collect your show bag and complimentary glass of sparkling on arrival. Hope to see you there!

Immerse Closed for Renovations

Immerse will be closed from Sunday July 7th - Friday August 3rd due to renovations being completed to extend the capacity of our restaurant. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes. Please do not hesitate to call with any questions or booking inquiries.

Immerse Wedding Chapel

Are you getting married? Or know someone who is? Come out and view our brand new modern Chapel located amongst the Sauvignon Blanc Vines with a backdrop of the Yarra Valley hill tops. Decorated with gorgeous chandelier lights and standing candleabras it will be sure to set the mood for your ceremony.

Accommodation

We now have 20 rooms of accommodation -5 rooms in each of our accommodation lodges. If you are looking for some extra special accommodation, consider our Deluxe Bridal Suite.
Centered at the heart of the Lodge with double doors, enter a romantic room with a majestic raised double spa facing out towards our vines, leather lounge suites, a plasma television and a luxurious King bed - there is nothing left to do but Immerse yourself!

Indulge Day Spa

Indulge Day Spa ceased operating within Immerse on the 26th September 2011 as they did not to renew their lease. Unfortunately we have been informed that their Port Melbourne business has also closed. If you would like to contact 03 8320 2222, they may be able to offer you some assistance or answer any questions.

For those of you who were dreaming of a bit of pampering before their wedding day or next weekend away, then don't despair! Please have a look at our day spa page for more information. All you need to do is book in and they will come to your room for that much needed hot stone massage, manicure or facial.
