Katrina, I'd just like to thank you and all at Immerse for the fabulous job you all did in making Melissa & Rich's wedding preparations and reception such a success. Your personalised service and friendly face and the fact that you were there for them throughout, just made it go all that much smoother.. Thank you.
Also the food for the reception was fantastic.. I have been to a number of functions where the food looked like it had been prepared the day before but to see such fresh, well prepared and delicious food arrive was a credit to the Chef and his team in the kitchen so can you also please pass on our appreciation to them as well.
I must also compliment you all on the quality of the venue. I hark back to Melissa telling me of the disappointment she felt when they initially thought that they might need to move venues after the fire, so to see the work that has been put in since to bring it back to it's current state is a credit to you all out there..
So thanks again for a great weekend!

I just wanted to pass on my sincere thanks to everyone at Immerse. Everything about your venue was outstanding - food, wine and venue! My participants continually mention how well your team work together. Fantastic to see. I had a brief look at the feedback forms that I gave back to you and everything mentioned on the forms confirmed what I have been hearing. I expect that you will definately get more meetings from our group at your venue now.
Again, thanks, thanks, thanks. One of the tasks of a PA which gets me nervous everytime is organising offsite meetings. It can be such a hit and miss situation, however your team made my job of organising the meeting so simple. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Thanks heaps.

Experiences at Immerse
Sharee and her girlfriends enjoyed a weekend at Immerse in the Lake cottage. Their stay was combined with treatments at our on site Spa, dinner in our restaurant and wine tasting in our cellar door.

I just wanted to thank-you once again for the lovely weekend we had at Immerse. I have high expectations & I can honestly say that everything was fantastic, especially the cottage, food, wine & the professional service & friendly staff that you have working for you. What a great team you have. We also enjoyed our time in the day spa however your team/chef really stand out! Well Done!
