When choosing a wedding venue in the Yarra Valley, it was the very positive feedback on the Immerse website that caught our attention. And now we are the ones providing that feedback! Our wedding was the truly superb. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough! Our wedding would not have been what it was without the profound expertise and support that came from Katrina. From the day we were enquiring about having our wedding at Immerse, she was helpful beyond measure. The wedding was tailored to suit exactly what we were all about; which is why it felt so personal. On the day, I was in total awe at Katrina's ability to do ten things at the one time with a huge smile that didn't leave her face. Matt I were left with the knowledge that we didn't have to do anything but enjoy every moment of the precious day with our family and friends (and Katrina reminded me of this several times!).

A big thank you to Katrina and Tanya. Everything ran so smoothly on the day. Professional and personally tailored service during planning the wedding and on the actual day. Jo and the staff at Immerse were absolutely wonderful. Jo I can not thank you enough for everything you did for us at our wedding and stay at Immerse. Hi Stephen and Helen It was lovely to meet you both last night, I would just like to personally thank you again for all that you and your staff did for us to help make our event such a big success. The service I have experienced from my initial phone call of enquiry until when I left last night was second to none. In my current role I have been responsible for organizing a number of events and my job has never been easier, in fact, I find it hard to take the credit for a lot of the event as a feel I really did not need to do that much. If only other aspects of my job were that easy! I would also like to thank Aneeka for her part in the evening and her exceptional organizational skills. I have received many comments today in relation to how all of the staff interacted with guests and were not just there to take away our dirty dishes but to ensure we enjoyed the entire evening. I hark back to Melissa telling me of the disappointment she felt when they initially thought that they might need to move venues after the fire, so to see the work that has been put in since to bring it back to it's current state is a credit to you all out there..
