Gorgeous Restaurant

Our restaurant is a gorgeous light-filled space with polished boards and rock-wall fireplace overlooking superbly manicured gardens and ornamental lake. Glorious sunsets over the vines make the large deck adjacent to the restaurant ideal for pre-dinner drinks and cocktails. Accommodating up to 140 guests for a sit down affair, or 180 guests for a cocktail event.

Eating and drinking is a high priority at Immerse, so if you're a foodie, our emphasis on fabulous flavours, using locally grown and farmed produce will delight you. The Immerse wines come from vines that are amongst the oldest in the Yarra Valley , they are fresh, vibrant and full of intense flavour.

Beautiful Gardens

Our twenty-year-old gardens are home to one of the largest privately owned collection of roses in Victoria. There are also numerous on-site locations that enable us to conduct sensational marquee events. So whether it's indoors or out, Immerse can cater for all your requirements.
